California Body Shop was established and created in 2009, however, thee ownership of Avenue Body Shop, now doing business as California Body Shop, extends all the way back to 1964. Arnold Graig was the original owner of Avenue Body Shop. Jose (Aldo) and Armando Vasquez later purchased Avenue Body Shop in 1988 after 7 years of employment at Avenue Body Shop.

Now, Salvador Vasquez, son of Jose “Aldo” Vasquez, has established California Body Shop in 2009, to better service the Ventura County Market.

From humble beginnings due to large competition in the Ventura County Market; to managing and operating 2 supremely successful Auto Collision Repair Centers. California Body Shop along with Avenue Body Shop has quickly built-up a reputation of prestige and quality. Terms like “customer service” and the level of “detail in our body-work” aren’t just terms we throw around here. They are a part of our core values we hold dear and near our hearts.
